Our Story
Gabb Consulting is a boutique management and strategy consultancy connecting innovation to social impact. Our story was forged in New York City’s diversity. We are a woman-and minority-owned consultancy with a passion for equity and change running through our veins. Our founder’s commitment to creating opportunities for underserved and underrepresented communities and fostering brave spaces has become our North Star.
Our Founder
Ashley Gabb’s experience in social impact spans more than 15 years. She’s held leadership roles in higher education and at Fortune 300 companies, including The Estée Lauder Companies, HP Inc. and Discover Financial Services. Her efforts to making a measurable impact in justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion have spanned the globe, from the U.S. to China. Notably, she served as a Fulbright Specialist to France through the U.S. Department of State lecturing on DEI and Communications. Her leadership has helped organizations grow their global brand equity, more than double their spend with diverse businesses and better engage with their diverse employees and communities.
Ashley was named as one of “25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity” by DiversityPlus Magazine in 2023. In 2025, she was appointed to the Lincoln University Foundation Board.
