We are a woman-and minority-owned consultancy with a passion for equity and change running through our veins. Ashley Gabb\u2019s experience in social impact spans more than 15 years. She\u2019s held leadership roles in higher education and at Fortune 300 companies, including The Est\u00e9e Lauder Companies, HP Inc. and Discover Financial Services. Her efforts to making a measurable impact in justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion have spanned the globe, from the U.S. to China. Notably, she served as a Fulbright Specialist to France through the U.S. Department of State lecturing on DEI and Communications. Her leadership has helped organizations grow their global brand equity, more than double their spend with diverse businesses and better engage with their diverse employees and communities.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Ashley was named as one of \u201c25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity\u201d by <\/span>DiversityPlus Magazine <\/span><\/em>in 2023. In 2025, she was appointed to the Lincoln University Foundation Board.<\/span><\/p>\n
